- Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (unless otherwise arranged with management).
- Check-out: by 10:30 AM (unless otherwise arranged with management).
Payment Conditions
For stays longer than three nights during July and August, B&B Balzago Poggio requires a deposit of 30% of the total stay. The balance is due upon check-in.
The deposit must be paid via bank transfer within three days of receiving the booking confirmation.
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing.
- For July and August, the full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 15 days before arrival.
- In the event of interrupted stays, no refund will be provided, and for early departures, the B&B is entitled to the full agreed amount for the entire stay.
Stay Conditions
- Breakfast includes a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle with tea and herbal infusions, biscuits, and mineral water.
- Guests who wish the “served breakfast” option can complete an additional request form and submit it the night before to allow us to accommodate special requests whenever possible.
- Breakfast can be enjoyed in your room or, if weather permits, on the private terrace or in the hay barn from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Tourist tax is included in the price.
- Bed and bath linen is changed every three days.
- Daily room cleaning is provided; to allow for housekeeping, it is recommended to vacate the room by 11:00 AM.
- During your stay, no additional guests are allowed in the rooms.
Pets
- Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome upon prior arrangement with management.
- Pets must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, have a health record, cannot sleep on the bed, and cannot be left alone in rooms or common areas.
- If needed, pets can be accommodated in a service area.
- A €15 cleaning fee applies for final room cleaning.
General Information
- For your safety, the outdoor area is under video surveillance.
- The entire property is non-smoking.
- Rooms are equipped with an independent heating and air conditioning system, including underfloor heating and heat pump diffusion. The thermostat allows temperature adjustment.
- The property offers a sunbathing area with loungers and a solar shower (“Il Frutteto”), as well as a relax area (“Il Fico”) with table and armchairs, perfect for reading or enjoying an aperitif.
- Free private parking is located just a few steps from your room.
